The world beyond, a hazy blur, as senses quicken, subtly stir.
The air still hums with what has passed,
a fragile spell, too sweet to cast away completely, like a dream,
a vibrant, lingering, silent gleam.
For though your hand has left my own,
a universe profoundly grown within that space,
where skin met skin, a quiet tremor deep within.

nor fleeting brush of silk-soft hair.
It's something more, a deeper plea,

A yearning echo, soft and low,
a seed of longing, starts to grow.
Each nerve awakened, softly hums,
awaiting when your closeness comes.
A promise whispered, yet unheard,
in every tantalizing word my body speaks,
without a sound, where your sweet essence can be found.

So let the day its course now run,
beneath the bright and fading sun.
My thoughts return, a sweet embrace,
to that imprinted, cherished space.
