 On neighboring rooftops, a gentle guest,

A dove with soft gray feathers, finds its nest.

Black tips on wings, a subtle hue,

A peaceful visitor, with eyes anew.

A gentle dove's unexpected visit,
 a moment of peace in the morning light

Moment of Serenity in the Morning Light

It gazes in, with curious stare,

Into my living room, without a care.

A symbol of peace, in morning light,

A fleeting moment, pure delight.

The dove's soft coos, a soothing sound,

As it watches me, without a bound.

A moment's magic, pure and true,

A gray dove's visit, just for you.
